Buying a skiller!!!

Ok, first, the account must have at least 65 wc, and 3 cb. I also want you all to know that I am paying for nothing more than the WC level. That means if the account has 42 mining or something, I'm not paying anything extra for it. Also, I cant pay cash. All I have to offer is a mage range mystic/mith pure. The account I'm offering also has 65 mining, 55 smithing, 49 fishing, 48 cooking, 37 wc. He comes with a rune pic, and is in Fally Bank so you can start mining right away. ONLY ACCEPTING SKILLERS!!
