Can you truly believe in God and in Science?

I believe in science. If I can observe the miracles of Jesus or the work of God, then I would believe in that. But Science is tested and observable (for the most part). That is what I will want to base my thoughts off of. I believe that when we die, we simply cease to exist. When we die, we are nothing, we feel nothing see nothing.

Just my 2 cents.

 

and what about science that Religion teacher? from over 1000 years ago?

Science and time are empirical, though there exists no observable phenomena that resembles or suggests validity in the creation of something from nothing.

 

I believe that God exists in what we know as the spacial fourth dimension..
No troll, I really do.

 

the big bang, the big crunch, nebula, orbits of stars and planets, earths protective magnetic field, pulsars, mountains as pegs, the shape of earth, moon reflecting light, the sun, atoms, water cycle, lightning, water barriers, ocean, botany, animal communities, the life cycle, path of the bee and honey, ants, cow milk, water in human body, embryology, humans made from same elements found in soil or clay, human senses, childbirth, menstruation, fingerprints, pain receptors in skin and possible more that I'm not aware of.

 

The big question the religion answers that science doesn't really have an answer to is How did everything begin and come to be. And i dont just mean earth or us. I mean the first speck of anything...

 

Well I guess you could choose to believe both, like its all up to personal belief and what you think is true.
