Paypal Problem:(

Recently been in a dispute with this Sythe member http://sythe.org/member.php?u=318322 he is banned now. The reason is i went first to him in trade for 175m for $86 via paypal but he did not deliver the gp. Once he received the money he deleted me from msn so i filed a dispute. What are the chances of me winning the dispute? i have screen shots of all chat logs etc. I logged onto Paypal to see that he commented

I am really concerned because it seems like he is doing something to get my money. I would really like it back because he did not deliver anything to me. Please comment on what you think this is urgent..

 

Paypal chargebacks seem like they are usually accepted for the person who sent the money. The only thing really to do now is wait, as much as it sucks to say. They will contact you, and it's only a few more days to wait.

 

Hopefully i get my money back..

 

I don't see why'd you go first to him anyway... he's not anymore trusted than you are. He joined sythe 2 days ago.

 

How did you pay? From paypal balance or through bank or visa?

If it's through bank/visa you can do a chargeback.

Otherwise you will lose.
Why? Because the reciever stated it was for virtual goods and those are not coverd by paypal buyer/seller protection.

And no paypal will not review the pictures and proof you send.

There isn't really a way to overturn PayPal's decision. I'm sorry - perhaps try Western Union next time.

 

The chances of you winning is 0% no matter what you do because intangibles disqualify you from buyer protection. Hence as long as seller states an proofs it is a virtual or intangible item. GG 0% chance!

 

Next time, only use PayPal with really TRUSTED users.
You will always lose the chargebacks so matter what with PayPal.
