x--souljah-x Scammed me of 30 d stones

Ok the story is i log on msn asking for a pin after trading with this guy before (msn screenies below) and he is like yeah and everything so eventually we get to do the trade and the first time my stones get jacked so he lets me do it for 30 stones instead of the 40 so i agree. After i go first and he gives me the pin i try it and it says "You already have 3 accounts". I asked him if it was my fault or his, and he said mine. I also asked if he could try it but I'm pretty sure he didn't even bother. I went around trying proxys to see if it was my ip but it said the same thing every time. When i messaged this guy again there was barely any response and when there was he was like "i cant help you". I messaged another friend shortly and he said that it was the pins fault and that i should report. His msn is:[email protected]

The pins not wrong, it's just that he's made more than 3 accounts members with the same phone number. Keep trying to apply it every few days.
