How do i unban a permanently banned account?

I have no appeals left. I've heard of people getting accounts unbanned by asking on the forums, from a new account. But I'm not sure if that would work. I autoed on a computer in MASSACHUSETTS. It was banned while i was there. Now i'm in NY. If i told jagex that "someone stole my account" from massachusetts in the forums. Do you think that would work?

 

No way would that work. Jagex don't even consider anything you post on forums related to account appeals. If anything this would just get the account you're posting on forum muted for 24 hours. Secondly telling Jagex (through an appeal that is) that you got hacked and somebody else was in control of your account only works very rarely. I have heard of people saying they can get accounts unbanned but I have seen or heard no proof of this and as far as I'm concerned they are only rumours. The only possibility that people can do this is if maybe they are "in the know" with a Jagex staff member.

 

I also have an acc that's perm banned 3 years ago for bug abuse
It was banned in a different state and all appeals are used up. If you find out how, let me know :S

 

If you read it, you'd see that i have no more appeals left.

 

Some time ago there was a thread in the forums where someone could post up your banned account name, and jagex would revise it and would more than probably unban it.

That thread no longer exists, so i'm afraid your accound is pretty much lost :&

On the forums, there is an account review thread. Get a friend to post an appeal for you. They'll review it.
