It's been done hundreds of times, it's simple and well-known. Contains around 40 words...come on mate you could put a little more effort in.

 

This guide has been around forever. It is poorly written and not formatted to look nicer

There's really no point in doing this, you can't verify the addresses and they look stupid with the "is not verified" message.
