    I think we should get people to give personal details etc of where they live so we know 100% they will not scam. As in - scam and you will be finned. but they first need to prove their personal details - eg send a letter of verification etc.

    Thats just something ive been thinking bout.. too many scammers.

    What cut me the most is this guy saying...



    Like wtf... LOL! cant believe i fell for this pathetic newb.

    Edit 2- I just want to get it out there for people to trade with caution - if this isnt enough proof. i recovered my ranger back so im okay atm - just want this guy gone.
