Can't get Ps trial?

Hello. I have had the Photoshop trial before, but it ran out. As it ran out, I uninstalled it, but now I want it back. I've downloaded and deleted it about 5 times now (not joking) and every time it's come up saying something like "Authentication Failed, please close this and try again". I have no idea why, can anyone help? Thankyou.

 

There shouldn't be an authentication needed for a pure trial (not messing with torrents are you?) try with a different email address and in a vm maybe?

 

I'm not torrenting or anything, and I've tried different email addresses. I asked someone I know who is really good with computers and he said that someone in your computer gets remembered, so you can't download it again. Thankyou by the way

 

clear cookies , uninstall photoshop, and try again

 

I heard it's not to do with that, there's some sort of card in your computer that they link up and find out that you have already downloaded it. Thankyou
