Can someone recover account?Please useful members reply

Guys,I have a cousin that does not like me now,but before he did and we used to play rs,but once he created an account for me using his email adress,however I have put FIRST recoveries ever on that account,and I have changed the email,so my question is can he recover the account by only emailing to jagex that his the owner of the email that he created account with or that does not matter as different email is now registered,also can he recover the account in any way if he only knows 1 password and thats it but I have first ever recoveries on the account and email changed and I have made him first member so I was first one to make him member and to put recoveries,

I think Jagex will look at the original IP, if that matches the recovery then 99% chance they will allow him to recover if the account was created on his IP.

 

The thing to worry about is IP, was it made on your IP address or his?

 

It was made on his ip adress,but the thing is I was the first person to ever set recs on his acc,I know 1st pass,I changed email and its been like a year since I have this account

 

True, but Jagex will nearly always recover to the original IP. Knowing the recoveries and 1st pass really doesn't matter when it comes to the IP.

 

What If I be able to get a hold of that IP adress name and actual IP numbers,would he be able to recover with his old email if its same as rs name?but I have a new email confirmed for over a year now

 

Tbh, you will have bigger chance recovering it, since the only thing on his side is the IP. But you have alot more info like you said, membership and passwords and email and recoverys. I hope you know when it was made and country and ISP.IF so that means you have alot higher chance recovering it. IP and one password is not enough.
