    Can I create a new account to change name?
    I dont like my name so asking to change it to something else. However I cannot make a new account due to this one.

    Ask an admin/post in sythe support for a self requested ban then create a new account.

    You can use a vpn/proxy to make a new account to bypass the IP restriction.

    You can request a new account be made for you here. Make a thread, leave your desired username/email, then the password should be sent to you via email once a mod gets around to it.
