    About Lillie_Services
    I ordered 85-99 str and 74-99 range from her a week ago. I checked 2 days ago and the str level has been 88 still and the service is going really slow. I try to get in contact with her on MSN but she is afk most of the time. If I ask for a refund because of this does she have the right to decline? because its taking forever.. and i mean forever...

    The refunding should be fair, something that both of you agree on.
