Can somebody help me out please with this picture? [Picture Inside]

Hey guys, well I've got this picture of a friend (below) and I want it so the background of my friend fills up the whole page with it looking as natural as possible. I really want to know how to do this or if someone could kindly do it for me it would greatly appreciated.

I have the original PSD also if anyone would like to help and it is a high resolution image

I am using CS5 and I'm new to it

Go to Image>Image size>Change the picture to the dimensions of your screen. You can uncheck Constrain proportions to make it the square shape of screen although I'd recommend just cropping photo or just having black sides. Btw when making an image larger you will always lose quality your best bet is saving it as .png and you should get decent quality.
