Video Converter [Help]

Alright, I had a really good video converter before I restored my computer. I use it for converting my divx movies to MPEG-4 to go on my zune. What I really liked about it is that when it converts wide screen movies it stretches them out to fit on the widescreen display on the zune, so there are no black bars on the top and bottom of the video.

Can anyone help me find something like this?
