I need a no-ip Hoster [READ]

Now once I have coded my server I will need a hoster to make a no-ip and do that junk,

The reason I am asking is because my dos thing on my pc doesn't let me even try to port forward to cut a long story short,

I finish coding my server,
I send you the source via MSN or I give you a link to a upload site,
You make your account on the server and then make yourself a admin (player rights 3),
Then you get a no-ip name of our agreed choice and you host for a reasonable amount of time a Week.

(ps) If you change anything on the server IE: IP banning/banning me, or IP banning/banning a normal player without proof and not showing me that proof,
Or scam anyone on the server I shall post in the report a scammer section of Sythe, Also I have the right to decline your request to host if I do not like your attitude or you just joined this month not meaning to sound rude/mean but its for safety.
