Hello,

I am coming back after few years after quitting osrs. If i want to buy 100m to get started with bossing and I was wondering how to safely do it. I am scared to do it on my main since its maxed and cant risk that account. If I buy 100m on my alt and transfer it over to my main can I get banned? If so how do I keep my main safe?

 

Extremely low chance of getting banned as a buyer.
You could stake transfer.
Look to purchase from smaller sellers who will not be associated with large gold farms etc, but make sure to use a middleman (you can find trusted free middlemen in the mm section) - you will be targeted as you are new. If a price is too good to be true, it is.
If you have an alt that is not a level 3, then yes i would use that to middleman the GP.
But, as i said, there's a V low chance of getting banned.

I am planning on making a new lat on a proxy server to buy gp on so I can keep my main safe. If i xfer gp to my main will my main get banned if this alt get banned?

 

A level 3 alt on a proxy server is a sure way to get targeted lol, i would just look to stake transfer it on your main.

 

Yea you got basicly 0% chance of getting banned for buying 100M. I wouldn't be too worried about it
