Igxe.com legitimacy?

So I thought i'd ask around here whether the above website was legit as im looking for a safe, and reliable Final Fantasy XI power-leveling service.
Has anyone from here ever had a problem with them, for whatever reason?
They seem popular, but reviews seem to be hard to find despite that.

Well, they look professional but I've never heard anything about this website. I wouldn't see why not to give it a shot.
