Most people lie, using a different IP address or something they log into their paypal account and "claim" that they were not in control of it when the money was sent. Atleast thats how I figure the people have filed disputes against me.

As far as I know you are sol.

    Sorry man

Edit: I don't believe this is posted in the right section either. Its not Runescape related at all >_>

I am pretty sure if you send it to a email what isn't registered with a PayPal account you can claim it back and get it straight away as the PayPal account doesn't exist but if it was to a registered email then sadly you are no doubt out of luck and should just write it off as a lose and move on. You could always send a email to them and explain what happened and hope they send it back to you.

Fendle is right. Unless you want to break the law (not to mention Sythe rules) you can't get it back unless the recipient refunds you. Sorry, and hopefully next time you'll be able to catch easy mistakes like this. :\

If the email isn't registered, you can just refund the payment on your end. If your paypal is credit card funded, call your credit card provider and tell them that you need to file a "chargeback". Explain in full detail what happened, don't lie about anything.

None of these methods are illegal or against sythe rules. Don't give up, fight for your money. If nothing I posted above works, call paypal's customer support and explain truthfully what happened. If you're still having problems, send me a pm
