    Can Jagex accounts be recovered?
    Account sales were dead before, but now that you can sell a non-Jagex account and the new owner can turn it into a Jagex account... does that mean the account cannot be recovered? That would make account sales possible again right?

    Yes, I would advise to get the log in to the email as well. Change it as soon as received.

    Can Jagex accounts be recovered?
    I mean that if you take a legacy account, sell it, they turn it into a Jagex account. I would/would not be able to recover it and how.
