Rampage Jaxon Dispute

I recently got permantly banned on my acount Rampage Jaxon. I had over 150+ posts and was a very respected trader with 9 vouches.

I mad a topic selling a guide on how to increase your money by two, litlle did I know the guide was a fail =/ I had a couple intrested customers one of which was xxmakaveli. We agreed that he would pay 4M gsgp to buy by guide and was including his guide for me to transfer the money to my account. He told me that he would let me transfer 2M then i would give him my guide , then the other 2M. He said that i would need to duel login to transfer the money, but i decided i wanted some one to do it.

I got one of my friends to agree to transfer it,Rune Shadow, and in payment to him, I was going to sell him the guide for 1M. Then, makeveli agreed, but said I would need to give him the guide before we transferred anything, even the previously agreed 50/50. I agreed, then after he revealed to me the guide, he said it would have to complete a quest before i could xfer, the account he was going to give me didn't even have it done, so i said no thanks, can you do it. He claimed he had to be at a mandatory clan meeting in 10min, so I would have to do it. I finally gave in, and then i sent him my guide, which at the time i didnt know wouldnt work.

He went in game to confirm it, which i hadn't got the chance to do, but I do take responsibilty that I should have confirmed it, and that is what this is mostly about. The method then ending up failing, which caused him to want payment for his transferring method.

The problem I have here is that if you look here, http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w254/xxmakaveli/sy7.jpg, no where did he say I would need to pay for guide. Whether if the payment was a discounted price of the agreed amount for my guide, or to get him a pin. So after he confirmed it didn't work, he demanded for a payment for the given guide. Thing here is I never agreed to BUY the guide, he sorta GAVE it to me as a way to transfer the money,nowhere did he specify he was SELLING me the guide.I did not create my thread in order to draw xxmakaveli to give me his guide and scam him >.< Honestly, if we would have done a 50/50, and I found out the guide did not work, I would have given him a refund on the spot, because that was the agreement of the trade.

But because he INCLUDED the guide, I had no intentions of paying him for it. I told him I didn't want to short-end him, I'm not that type of person, but I didnt want to pay $7 for a pin, which is want he wanted. I didn't want to be a jerk at all and tryed to be nice about it, but he was very frustrated, which I sort of understand. But the reason I'm not a scammer is because he never told me I had to PAY for the guide, he made it seem like it was just included.

I feel like I am one of the few legit traders on Sythe and do not mean any harm. I made a mistake, which i openly admit, I should have verified my guide before posting a thread on it. Also I would like to come to a solution with makaveli, I do not want to keep loose ends. But ultimately I dont feel like I comitted enough harm to be permitted banned, I am a very trustworthy person, ask anyone who has traded with me.
