Can i have some advice

I bought this runescape account of slot, but he bought it from probemas.
I bought it in trust but slot recovered it and got banned.
I asked probemas to recover the original email and then the account.
He did and the account was back to me.
After a few days slot recovered it again. How is this possible? and how do i stop this?

Your best question is filing a report against Slot himself and highlight that he originally purchased it from Probemas, staff will then urge Probemas to support you as he is the original owner.

However, ensure you provide the key evidence highlighting that Slot states that Probemas is the original owner.

 

Well, first you should file a scam report to confirm that the account was recovered from you and that you aren't trying to recover it yourself after reselling it.

Then, just ask Probemas to recover it for you again. While Slot could have made a successful recovery using correct information this one time, if Probemas is able to return the account to you a second time I doubt that future recovery attempts from Slot's end will be successful. That's just how account recoveries work - Jagex doesn't typically grant appeals multiple times to people who aren't the original owner (especially if the original owner is on the other end trying to recover the account). Just make sure to stay in contact with Probemas in case you run into any account problems in the future.

Also, just as a note of caution, Jagex has been known to ban "highly contested" accounts or accounts that are constantly changing hands.

 

I'm assuming you should have some protection if probemas is orginal owner. Sythe usually leaves them responsible.
