Can I get banned for this?

so I sold an account, and it was registered to my main email which my main account I play is registered with, the guy I sold it to got his email on it now but is suicide botting the account, do you think its possible for my main to get banned since my email was just associated with that account?

My mains email is the same as the account i just sold is what I'm trying to say.

 

There is a slight chance that this might post a problem for you due to both accounts being linked to one email.

However, if Jagex does take action, you can always plead that the account you sold got hacked and the hacker suicide botted with it to maybe assist in your case.

What he said is pretty accurate but it's a very minimal chance, I've suicide botted acc with same email normally it's the IP they flag so as long as you have different IP from him you should be fine. It's also rare that they ban accounts by association.

It's unlikely that it will get banned if you weren't botting on the account.

If you're botting on accounts linked to the same Email they are more often then not gonna check to see all the accounts and if they are botting or not.

 

No you won't, I've got banned on a skiller while it had the same email for my main account. Jagex doesn't banned emails lol.. just accounts.
