Unfair Treatment

Yes, hello there. At this point most staff members may have seen the name and thought 'oh god', as I expect I'm getting slightly annoying by now, but I still believe I'm treated unfairly.
First off, I make a simple request to see that other members have been infracted since I have for the same reasons. I doubt the staff member I'm talking about (DKM) recieved his infraction for his post on this thread:

Although, I did recieve an infraction. Surely if I get one, he should too, and yes I don't know whether he has or not, but I'm just asking for simple proof to prove staff aren't getting away with rule breaking just because of their ranks.
Secondly, I receved an infraction for saying 'fuck off Nate' on this thread:

I told Nate to fuck off because he said 'haters can shut the fuck up', I have a right to express my opinion, which I did and he tells me to shut the fuck up, why am I not allowed to say fuck off to that. Once again I ask for simple proof that he too recieved an infraction for his post. Opinions are different in everybody, so just because he has a contrasting opinion to mine doesn;t give him the right to flamebait, and if he has gotten away with it then that again is unfair treatment to me.

I give my opinion on a staff member in a feedback forum, is that not what the section is for? I recieve an infraction for flaming, if it's for flaming Nate then fair enough, aslong as he was too infracted, if it's for flaming Farcast, I would like to see exactly where I flame him. I had my thread closed due to the fact that other members have a different view to me, Finn asked me to PM him my reasons for disliking Farcast, which I did, and didn;t even get a reply.

To summarise, I believe DKM and Nate should be infracted if mine remain, and I believe my thread should be re-opened.

 

Firstly, you had no evidence to back up your opinion on that thread. Which in itself is just a way to flame me, but that's beside the point.

Your first post was absolutely vulgar and warrants an infraction.

Your second and third posts also warrant infractions as they are clearly flaming. The rationale of 'I shouldn't get infracted unless he does' is childish, you can't see who we infract and don't infract.

None of them should be reversed.

 

I PMed Finn my justification for disliking yourself, although I feel it stupid that I need to show a reason for disliking somebody, it is possible to just not be fond of somebody.
Also I have given up on asking for reversals on the infractions, I'm asking for proof that DKM and Nate were infracted, as they deserve to be if I was. I'm not just saying 'he should be if I was', I'm saying that I guess DKM and Nate will have escaped infractions because of their status, which is completely unfair.

 

Should I repeat that we aren't obliged to show you any evidence that either people were infracted?
Stop trying to justify your wrongs through the attitudes of other people - don't make the same mistakes again and stop digging yourself into a bigger hole.

 

I'm expressing my opinion that changing the subject when I bring this up leads me to believe even more than other users will escape punishment due to status, whereas I get infracted. I realise your not obliged to show proof, I'm asking if a staff member would be kind enough to show me though, as I generally am curious if DKM recieved an infraction.

 

And if you want to complain about your infractions, do so in the dispute forum. not here.
