Need help with refund on pre-paid visa gift card

Hello guys I am desperate for help right now and I really need help, so eariler today I tried to purchase some 07 gp from runescapegoldmarket.com and septgp.com and I used a different paypal email then the email i registerd with so it said it detected fraud because of that or whatever. Note that I am using a prepaid visa gift card I hooked up to my paypal to purchase this. So it said that i was refunded so i closed out of the page and I was like whatever ill go on a different website and purchase gold so then I went on a different website to purchase gold and it said my card had been declined so I went on my prepaid visa gift card website and it said it only had $16 left and originally had $100 on it so I was like ok ill go and make sure my refund was sent so I went on my paypal and it says that the refund was fully made ill post a image
as you see that it says that I have recived a full refund of each so i went on the visa gift card website to check my balance... and the only thing that showed up were the payments to the websites not the refunds and my card balance was still $16 and now I am confused to why I was not refunded on my card when it says i was ill post a picture
So what do i do to get my refund on my card to show up because I honestly do not feel like losing over $80 today... please help

EDIT: So now for both transactions 2 tranasctions shows up im guessing the other one is the refund but it says pending and has not affected my balance yet, is this good or bad?

 

It can take a few business days for the balance to go back to the card sometimes. It's usually instant, but I've seen it take up to a week before to go back to the card.

Yes it will. The money re-emerge on the balance when it has been successfully refunded which it hasn't yet. As he said, it can take a week. Usually only takes me 2-3 days though but I've seen cases where it takes longer. Not sure why it says it's "pending", just wait, if it doesn't come within the week you should make contact.

 

As they've stated, it will predominantly take 3-5 business working days.
