[Questions] What's the best way to buy an account?

I know this is completely "Off-Topic" but for a genuine buyer who is willing to pay up to "300usd" as maximum price, I'd honestly like to know....

I have every intention of buying an account, it's just even if we're given all the information, the account is still recoverable. How exactly do "gold" sites buy accounts with this kind of risk?

I'd appreciate any advice from "buyers/sellers" to see what I can to ensure it's safe.

 

Unless they have a good amount of Vouches before you buying the account and you getting all the contact information and also recovery test?
