Can anyone add facts/Disprove things in this paragraph

I came across an article about German, can someone either prove or disprove this? im just curious how true or untrue this is.

I don't know about Germans being "the best," although some famous people, such as US Army General George S. Patton, were convinced of it. Certainly, the Germanic race is of very high quality and has produced some of humanity's greatest cultural achievements.

Even outside of Germany, much of the groundwork for modern technical civilization was created by people with mostly Germanic ancestry. For example, the English were originally Germans who migrated into Celtic Britain during the days of the Roman Empire. The American space program was created by scientists of German stock. So the Germans certainly rate among the top contenders as the best race of Man.

Germans are an intelligent people, but there are other races, such as the Jews and the Japanese, who are about equally smart. So why didn't the Jews invent rocketry? Why didn't the Japanese explore the world as soon as they could build ships that floated, as the Vikings and the English did? To answer that, you must understand that White people have an unusual-for-hominids way of responding to population pressure.

Most primates, faced with an overcrowding problem, turn inward and fight each other for control of the existing territory and its resources. You can see this behavior in chimpanzees (and other apes), as well as in most non-White human groups. Note that most of the chronically violent "youth gangs" in US cities are composed of non-Whites who fight each other for control of the illegal drug trade.

And White people sometimes do it, also, if their normal response modality is frustrated. But under normal circumstances White people facing population pressure turn outward, point themselves toward the horizon, and GO. They seek out new lands and head for the frontier. In the 18th century, it might have led an American who was "tired of the city" to turn pioneer and join a wagon-train headed West. Or to do whatever the equivalent was in some other place and time.

I call it "the Call." It's not like a telephone call, but rather more like the call of wild geese flying overhead: "Join us, for it is time to find a new place." If you're White, you've probably felt it yourself. It's what made Star Trek so popular and why that intro theme music (and the voiceover by actors Shatner or Stewart) gets so achingly, itchingly into your brain. It's why spaceflight fired the imagination during the mid-20th century when the average person could be persuaded that space travel would become common soon. The Call is why White people have done very surprising things. Intelligence is only part of it. The rest is simply the way White people evolved to adapt to crowding and resource constraints.

what are we trying to disprove?

Germans being intelligent or Caucasians having an inclination to spread and discover new places?

Also I dont agree with this article inferring that Germans are the most intelligent race. I believe that if we are talking about intelligence cumulatively, Southern and Eastern Asians are the most intelligent.

However, I do believe that the top 0.0000001% of Caucasians are the smartest if we are looking at intelligence from an individual perspective rather than as a cumulative.

Ex. Albert Einstein, Newton, Da vinci, Stephen hawking, etc.
