Need RC Leveling!

Okay, heres the deal. I'm level 85 runecrafting, but of course I want 91.
However I don't have enough time at this point in my life to get 91 Runcraft.

That is why i'm looking for a runecrafting leveler.

I've thought of a way I could do this without getting scammed...
...AND it being faster method for the leveler.

Okay so, I need the leveler to know how a Fast Free Laws company works.
Basically all that is on the account when you are training on it is a law tiara and 28 laws. You are to hang around on the line with te teal robed people in world 99 and shout 'Open'. When you get a trade offer you are to offer 28 laws in exchange for 28 pure ess or 27 for 27 ess or 4 for 4 ess etc.
You then walk into the altar and craft laws with the ess you have and walk back out again. This process is repeated.

The amount of exp I need until 91 is 2,341,019. Therefore i'm willing to pay
5m for the service. That's over 2gp per exp.

ess is not needed from the method I suggested. Please ACTUALLY read it.

I would do that, but one. 2gp per RUNECRAFT-the slowest xp in the game-and it would be smarter to level combat for 3 gp for xp, which is 100x faster. but anyways if i would id use an mm. and all of that
