IHQ has missed 2 deadlines to finish my website project so far, and I would like to have this thread as reference so I can state him on things.

If the site is not functioning by 04/01/2017 1pm I would like him to issue me with a full refund, So that is 46 hours from now.

Its gotten to the point where it doesn't matter what excuses you will have IHQ i just want shit done.

You cannot call the website done as admin features aren't there, that were promised to be done within the original website agreement with the deadline that you missed.

 

I asked you weeks ago for the remaining content which you haven't given me, should I just wave my magical fairy wand and make it complete? really not sure why you keep opening this, I'm waiting on you. You only want a refund because you lost your entire bank gambling, i'm not refunding you. Get me your content for the 50th time so I can be done.

 

your job was to do website code and you have not succeeded in it, the details like giving footer details are irrelevant as the site wasn't done, and i can prove to you i got over 20k usd. lol

 

your point is so irrelevant lol, the main point why i dont want this site is that is has copyright infrigement, and even that is irrelevant to my point and yours, you missed the deadline and i should be refunded for it.

 

admin panel should not have been stopping you in doing so, i messaged you on monday about it, you replied you would do it next day and you still didnt reply and its friday.

we agreed on website code being done, you do not need footer to finish admin panel.

 

I figured I would add you to it when I got the content you promised was coming(so I could just do it all at once), I'm not refunding you a penny. You can stop making up lies about how everything went down now.

Every single time I've asked for content I'm always told you do not have it, or it's not done. So like I said, did you want me to wave my magic wand?

you do not need to write out things for admin panel you said you got your own code for it and it wasn't implemented, you're abusing things that are irrelevant.

 

It is implemented, you're just not added to it. I figured I would do it when you got me your remaining stuff so I could do this all at once....

 

that's understandable but from boglas post you shouldn't have been using his code and i wasn't made aware that any copyright infringement would arise, from the facts stated above I have every right to be refunded, but you must resolve the case with bogla, if you can't then I am sorry I want a refund, and that was the whole reason of reopening this thread, hope you understand my concern.
my loss of money doesn't mean I am not motivated to go on with this site, I would like to, but not under these circumstances.

If Bogla can post proof he bought all of the rights to the code, we will go from there. However, he can't and his report has just been jabs back and forth and nothing more.

 

Why would someone have to "add in" an admin panel after already having the the website up....

 

hope that's the case! would rather have this site done!

 

the admin panel was promised within original agreement as well with worker tracking system.
