give me some suggestions

what are your guy's suggestions on what i should add to my server, should economy be hard like real runescape or should it be easy to make money like many private servers, should leveling be hard or should it be easy, pretty much tell me everything you would like to see that would make you want to play the server

NO SUGGESTING STUFF LIKE CUSTOM ITEMS MAPS OR INSANE ADDITIONS.
