Richb scammed me $70!

Briefly explain the trade: Here's the thread of him selling 250m RSGP http://www.sythe.org/runescape-gold-sales/1504481-selling-250m-cheap.html

I kept asking him to show me the gold in game to verify that he actually had 250m. Kept on saying no and saying its wasting his time. I don't get how its wasting his time if you were going to trade the 250m in the 1st place you would have runescape up and loaded to trade. Kind of obvious he was going to scam, but I wanted to buy his 250m rsgp. You can see all this in the chat pics

How they scammed: After sending $70 paypal he stopped replying and kept on going away and never answering me after.

Can you please ban him ASAP, I saw this scam coming from a mile away because he wouldn't show me the gold in game and I was desperate for the gold :'(
