Briefly explain what happened: i bought an acc from him then sold it. he pm'ed me today asking me if he can recov the acc back

thats a bit sketchy... anyway ye like i said its just a heads up incase the acc gets recovered from the new owner

 

That is definitely bannable, IF you can prove that he is planning to recover the account.

Based on that MSN conversation, it sounds like he was asking if he could have the account back if you had sold the name, which isn't a big deal. But you said that he also PM'd you asking to recover it back. Can I see the PM?
