Hey guys, i'm going to provide this report with as much information as I probably can. Okay, so to start this off, this guy, known for name scamming/sniping, has been evading through multiple accounts. You can see similiar join dates in between Rslife and Cady 0. He's known for being a general rank in the notorious rare name "Talk" Fc. He uses reputation in this fc to manuiplate people and in the end scamming them for their shit. Well, what threw at hint at me first of all is that he ended up selling the name "Wz" Which he tried to sell on his second ban evading account, rslife. Now, I ended up finding out that he sold the name in his vouch thread. I contacted the person that bought this name and it turned up to actually be the name Wz. Here's proof of purchase. http://gyazo.com/8b376a6e6a810c7de510c585dc79efeb
This guy, let's just say Peyton, ended up buying this name and it seems that Ryan was stupid enough to have him leave a vouch for it, although leaving one character out, you can easily tell that Wz was sold. http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1794992-cadys-0-vouches.html
Now, what i'd also like to add is that the second I called him out for being a sniper, he tried to report me in order to get through with selling his sniped shit. What i'd also like to add: He's currently selling the name "Panda" A common animal name. Well, I digged into this and found out that he still has it as his Skype username. Also, He 100% refuses to use skype, and only uses sythechat. I can provide this if needed. This is just proof that he's trying to hide himself.
I'd also like to add something about that bogus username. "Cady 0" Is a meme for the rare chat fc talk. That meme to me stood out and I knew something was fishy. Cady 0 is an autistic schoolgirl who tries to find her way in life but can't seem to accomplish her true happiness. Talk fc enjoys the suffering of her very real mental retardation. I'd also like to add that all 3 members take part in the name sales thread, and this cannot be a coinsidence. Also, Him admitting to sniping a certain name from me.

What i'd also like to add: Ryan develops extreme knowlodge to price checking names, doesn't make sense that someone who joined in january would have any knowlodge whatsoever in PCing names.
