Thatguyprovo scamming accounts.

Explanation of the trade:
He was selling two accounts, one for $40 and another for $50 I asked to buy the second account (priced at $50) for $40 instead which he accepted, I then sent him the money via PayPal in GBP which comes to around £28.50 as of when I sent it. He then stopped replying on Skype

How they scammed: I was never given the account username or password. Or any details for that matter, I would even guess he doesn't actually have access to the accounts.
