It's not bad, but when you're resizing, be sure to hold Shift so that photoshop will retain the original dimension ratio, and it won't turn out stretched.

Try not to be so nice >_<
Sorry man, but it is pretty bad.
You've got the VERY basic photoshopping skills sorted, but you haven't really displayed anything further than that.

First and foremost, you need to get sizing and proportions down. As M0htasa said, when making an image bigger or smaller, always hold the shift key to maintain it's proportion.
A signature should NEVER be that large, a good size to keep around is about 400x140... sometimes slightly smaller, or larger.
When deciding on what imagery to use as your focal point, always use just ONE subject... one person or one animal or one car - don't use a group of people or a bunch of scenery. Make the focus of your signature COMPLETELY upon this subject- use leading lines, lighting, and flow to draw the viewers eye towards the main stock, all other imagery should be complimenting the stock.

Don't be silly. You can have a signature any size you want. Just try not to use a render or stock that has low resolution.

Haha you CAN, but it generally is not recommended to make it massive, or tiny. >_<

Anything TOO large usually falls into that category of banners. It just depends on the viewer's opinion.

Anywho. Alteranz basically summed it up. Work on your text. It's the same text I used when I started and sucked. Just read some tutorials, and experiment.
