Hmm, well, I think it's safer if the money is from a verified PayPal, because then you can get in trouble if you received the item you payed for and still charge back since stealing is illegal, and on a verified PayPal you have to have a credit card attached to your PayPal account, which prooves that your account isn't just a throw-away account which isn't verified, and has false information.
