I haven't actually performed the method so take this with a grain of salt:

The guide is one page long with approximately 400 words. It details the process as well as a multitude of options to acquire the gift cards by providing a step by step process. I would estimate it takes about 45 minutes to get your first gift card.

This is by no means an autorun but it can definitely provide the promised gift cards if you're willing to put some time into it.
