    I sent 2 payments(Each one like 3 weeks apart from each other)when I was banned for negative credit but Im still not unban.Then i sent a email to PayByCash and they said my account was a fraud so they wont accept any payment.Then I sent a message to Jagex and they said if I cant use PayByCash Services then Im perm banned.

    How do ppl get unbanned from this?Im not perm banned yet since they said IF i cant use their services but I don't know what to do now.
