    This sucks :/. I like to the feel of MSN for dealing with sythe and skype for dealing with friends,etc. I guess this is equivalent to the switch from XP to 7, lol.

    Honestly, it's about time. MSN has always given me problems, and skype is just so much better looking, plus it has mic to mic and video chats.

    MSN has those features also, albeit poor quality. MSN+ better update their stuff for skype, I hate using stock standard skype :l

    Well, skype IS better than msn and has always been. I've been using both msn and skype for trades, though.

    I never used it very much because it was shitty. It was a chore to use. I'm glad it will be gone.

    I migrated to Skype years ago, but I do see where MSN messenger had advantages. There were more clients to use for MSN, whereas for Skype, there's only the original client to use. MSN used less resources than Skype, so it was better for old machines.

    Sad to see it go, because I have very fond memories of long IM conversations on MSN, some good times there.

    I personally prefer MSN, I guess more so because I've used it since is release. Will be sad to see it go. However, MSN was buggy as hell, opposed to how Skype is now.
