    Jagex already got rid of USA,UK,Canada and other countries sms pins option.

    If they stop selling those pins, there sales would drop a lot. Doubt they'll do it.

    It's probably to put a halt to pin sales, or because it's not as popular as the other methods of selling pins (IE cards, land lines, etc.)

    Maybe because some people walk into a random phone story and text the RS surfpin number for a pin, or maybe they aren't getting as much money from SMS sales.
