Sellers Follow these steps.

1. Have the buyer send 1 cents to your paypal account including a shipping address.
2. Ask the buyer for his phone number. Go to whitepages.com and reverse lookup the number and compare to the confirmed address on paypal.
3. If they match, call the buyer. Ask him/her if she is the owner of the account.
4. If you still dont feel too safe, have the buyer email you from his/her payapl email address.
