27 Million vials indeed! I have accumulated 1 Million Attack potion (4)s having a buy limit of 2k. Each transaction with Bob, converting them into 1 dose potions, yields me 3 Million empty vials, and I can do approximately 9 transactions per minute when I do not have to trade over the vials to the buyer.
