Buying a skiller with a 99

Buying a skiller with a 99 on the account, preferably an easy one, I am not looking to pay much out since i'm doing it only pay pal, but please put the price under the account I am not doing an start or offers. or a gmauler with 50/50 and a 99 off-skill on the account. I would like for the account to have no e-mail linked to it, so I have no trouble with having to do the e-mail and then the account changes.
