Request

I'm kind of new to graphics in general and I made a simple sig in aftereffects but I cant seem to make a .gif out of it so I need someone to just take the video and make a .gif (Without going to a site that leaves watermarks)

I can't seem to remember how long they are but I just need them to go through one "Burst" then repeat it when it goes "dull" again. Preferably the second "Burst" from the "high" to "low" but not where this is no outline at all.

Any help is appreciated.
