As the title states, im looking for up to 2 bill rsgp, using either verified paypal or western union, whichever is better for you. I am only using western union for very large amounts, as the fee's for it really do add up.

OMM or very trusted MM shall be used, no exceptions, unless you're extremely trusted, and the expenses can be worked out after talking.
