Tried to sell my account to DR-94. gave account info and now am in process of having to have account recovered because no funds were sent/received. I gave him 30 minutes to send funds.

Actually, I sent the payment to the above buyer and it was unclaimed for several minutes, he then said he's recovering the account thus me canceling the payment. I offered to change the pass back for him but he said no need he has recovered it. Online now.

 

My paypal never showed any funds available to be claimed.

Buyer also said he was trying to send funds, and then when I tried to tell him to cancel the transaction he was in a LoL game and that he would do it after. I told him I was just going to recover my account info (as I had given him my information first and he had already changed the password, email), and he told me that he didn't feel safe.

Bottom line is: Buyer will make you give your info first, and then will put ensuring that you get your funds on the backburner and not care if you get them or not... either that or he is a scammer.

 

Considering I've been vouched and had no issues for over 400$ worth of trades and suddenly there's an issue says something.

I offered to change the password back for you as I didn't want to continue and you declined that and said you will just recover it. What did I do wrong please tell me.

I asked for a verification number/transaction number of the paypal funds being sent, and he could not provide them. He said that me questioning him made him feel 'unsafe', when all I was attempting was to ensure that his end of the bargain was fulfilled. He could not afford me these things so I decided to reneg on the transaction, and I began the recovery process myself. He said he would reset the password, and not the email address, making it possible for him to take the account back at any point. I asked him if he could go ahead and do it, and he told me he was in a LoL game and he would do it later.

I have the entire conversation saved if anyone needs verification.

 

I'm reading through it now. You asked me for my email address, not to change it, I didn't want to give you my personal email, I said I can change the password then you can simply go to My account and change the email yourself. I can post the convo here where I offered to change the pass back and give him the account.

 

I waited over 45 minutes to get my funds, they never showed. I was patient, and he showed no interest in verifying that any part of the bargain was held up by him. All he said was 'the funds are sent, mate, it will take several minutes'.

I've done hundreds of paypal transactions. When you send funds, they appear instantly.

Also, he originally told me he was sending the funds via the goods/services option, then after I told him I hadnt received any money he told me he sent the funds as a personal transfer instead. He said he did this to avoid fees, but fees are applied no matter how the funds are sent.

He told several lies, and stretched truths throughout the entire process, and as I said, I have screenshots and proof via skype logs that I am telling the truth.

 

Why no verification number then?

You can still go into your paypal and get a transaction number even if it was cancelled. Why don't you give us the transaction number of the cancelled funds? That would clear everything up.
