Buying yellow partyhat 100$

[DU5TY]

If you want to get rid of something, it's here.I am new here and I saw somewhere that these have been sold for about 100$ I am an old runescape player which would like to play again but has no ingame money and I am willing to spend around this money for a rare, or I can exchange/sell some highly skilled accounts in disuse. looking for some feedback! I will always give a personal touch and talk with the people I deal with to avoid fraud! thanks!
