    Ok, about 2 months ago i got the "blue screen of death" on my computer (whoever doesn't know what that is its when on windows xp after that loading screen before userpage, it will restart right after, and over and over). and ever si=nce ive had many problems because i had to reinstall my operating system. Most of them are fixxed, i have 2 main problems left and this is one of them.

    Whenever i start to download itunes this comes up. I do not know how to update service pack. Also, please no comp talk, not THAT computer literate lol.
