I am buying an account with a white partyhat or if you have a xtransfer method I will buy partyhat only, must use OMM. I know I am new, but in the short time I've been here I've made larger trades than most users. This is real life cash only trade(not in person, am paying with paypal) no runescape gold involved. Pm me for price and msn, so I don't get spammed.
