98% of teens surrond their minds with rap...

I was wondering about this for the past 15 minutes. SO many people have this located somewhere in the sig but nobody has one that refers to rap instead. If rock is so popular then why does it still say 98% like rap. I haven't seen a single person here who declared they prefer rap in their sig.

 

Also if you look in a lot of the polls on sythe, it seems to contradict that so... iDunno.

 

I like rock more. Rap at times.

I love rock, if you go to my school and say 'Rap sucks ass' You'll get jumped, it's pathetic how people will beat you up because you don't agree with them.

You all are pathetic, if its so easy to become a rapper then why aren't you all rappers? Exactly my point, rock music puts emphasis on the instrument, Rap music puts emphasis on the singer. Most of you probably couldn't rap because you would trip on your own words and fuck up. The glorifying of gangs is due to the fact that thats how the rappers grew up. 50 cent had to sell drugs because he couldn't afford to pay for things for his child. Hes making money for his kid. You may not like it because you stereotype music with instrumental focus. So what its different. You can have your opinion, but dissing it is like when people are beat up for saying rap sucks. Anymore mindless posts like that will get a warning. Its fucking lame, rock is good to some people, rap is good to others, Dissing because they are different would be like judging whether an apple is better than an orange, ITS NOT POSSIBLE. Thats why music is split into GENRES. So no more fucking bullshit or this thread is locked and ill make the poll even at some fucking number. You all are like a bunch of kids.
