Looking for a website coder/developer

So, as I wrote in the title I'm hoping to find someone who can make my project come to life. The person in looking for

-must have good knowledge of how to create social networking and other types of site.
-must be patient and understanding, and be flexible to fitting requirements.
-hopefully will actually be interested in the project and not just rushing, in order to get paid faster.
-willing to help me work through bugs and issues, and change things where necessary.

EDIT: The budget for the initial website development has been re-evaluated and increased, this can be discussed privately.
If I find the right person for this project and I am happy with their work (and they are happy with the work too!) the there will be further development and more money to be made!

100 USD for hiring a freelance web developer is like trying to buy a house for 100 bucks not possible unless you want shit work.

 

Yeah I kinda thought this might be the case to be honest.

I was trying to work with xox, we were going over details and working things out, then all of a sudden he stopped responding. It was a huge waste of my time... I would not recommend him. He could always go inactive when you're in the middle of doing his site for him.

He hasn't responded to me for the past 8 days, I've sent him countless messages and he's been on many times.

 

You gave me a quote, nothing more, it's completely within my rights to not follow through with the order if the quote is in any way inappropriate to my requirements.

 

Too right mate. I'm a freelance front-end developer and I wouldn't get out of bed for less than $30/hr...

 

Before we're going to talk about my experience, can you say what is your goal with the website?

Are you creating a gaming forum or what? And what kind of systems are you expecting?

I've worked for people who have paid pretty well.
Need to know, how much dedication you're requiring.
