How to File For a Refund:
- Go on Skype
- Provide account details
- A mod checks records
- A mod makes sure no membership is applied
- A mod makes sure it's within the refund period
- A mod returns gold or files for cash refund

Note: Please do not expect us to magically apply upgrades instantly.
While most upgrades take only an hour or so, at extreme times, it may take up to a day
This is due to the upgrade guy sleeping, and/or high volumes of sales
